One person’s trash, another’s treasure

UNIQUE bargains are on offer at the Herberton Trash, Treasure and Collectables Fair to be held at the Community Hall in Grace Street on Saturday.

There will be vintage treasures and collectibles, pre-loved clothing, books, toys and homewares, and much more.

Organisers say it is a great way to shop sustainably and recycle some goodies.

All the tables are booked out, so the fair promises to have something for everyone.

Patrons are reminded to bring cash and a shopping bag to the event which will be held this Saturday from 8am to 12 noon.

The fair is an initiative of the Herberton Business & Tourism Association and is a fundraiser for the Jacaranda Festival in October.
